All amendments and cancellations are received automatically via the Automated Direct Debit Amendment and Cancellation Service (ADDACS). This information is then used to update DDMS and transmit data back to your company.

Rejections and Returns

Following transmission of the file, DDMS receives information on Direct Debits which have failed to be collected via the Automated Return of Unpaid Direct Debits Service (ARUDDS). DDMS can manage all issues and activities surrounding Direct Debit failures based on the ‘non-payment’ principles defined by your company.

Data Transfer and Management Information

DDMS can transfer all data relating to the service to update your systems. Detailed management information on service levels and activity can also be provided on a regular basis.
