As a foreign currency exchange provider, TransGlobal Payments is categorized under the “Money Services Business” (MSB) industry. This area is strictly policed by Her Majestys Customs and Excise. In turn we are registered as a MSB and subject to periodic inspection & UK Money Laundering Regulations.
We are a fully approved Bacs bureau. This means we are regularly inspected and continue to pass the rigorous audit imposed by Bacs. Our automated processes and procedures continue to impress the Bacs inspectors on each visit.
